By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event site, the visitor agrees to the following house rules: 

• Visitors must adhere to the house rules and instructions from the organization and (local) authorities. Instructions from staff and security must always be followed immediately. 

• The organization reserves the right to adjust the event policy. 

• The organization reserves the right to deny anyone entry to the event at any time. 

• The minimum age is 18 years. If there is any doubt, identification will be requested. No valid ID, no entry. 

• Cooperation with security checks is mandatory. 

• The organization reserves the right to use camera surveillance and other crowd management systems for the safety of its visitors and staff. 

• The use and possession of soft and hard drugs is prohibited. 

• Re-entry during the event is not allowed, unless communicated. For re-entry, a new valid ticket must be presented. 

• Smoking and using e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors, in tents, and under canopies. 

• Visitors must not cause any nuisance to residents and the surrounding area when entering and leaving the location. 

• Persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry. No reimbursement for tickets, travel costs, or other expenses upon refusal. 

• Selling services/products, flyering, and promotion without written permission is prohibited. Penalties and/or cleaning costs will be charged to the offender. 

• Visitors enter the location at their own risk. The organization is not liable for any damage incurred during or by the visit to the event. 

• The organization is not liable for any hearing damage. 

• Visitors are advised to wear hearing protection. 

• Visitors consent to the making and use of images and sound recordings. The organization has the right to use these recordings without notice or compensation. 

• Professional audio and video recordings and photos for commercial purposes are prohibited without written permission. 

• Crowd surfing, making fires, and conducting commercial activities are prohibited. 

• All social norms and values apply on the premises. Threats, violence, discrimination, or sexual harassment will lead to removal and possible police involvement. Damage will be recovered from the perpetrator. 

• It is not allowed to urinate outside the designated toilets. 

• Cancellation or refund of purchased tickets is not possible. 

• In all cases not explicitly mentioned, the organization will decide. 

By entering the event, you agree with the following rules:

• Large or heavy bags (a light backpack or small backpack is allowed but will be checked by security at the entrance) 

• Pets 

• Inflatable objects 

• Umbrellas 

• Drugs (except prescribed medication with a medical certificate) 

• Selfie sticks 

• Fireworks 

• Weapons and firearms

• Dangerous objects (including aerosol cans and tear gas) 

• Professional photo, film, and other recording equipment
